The products offered are personalized jewelry pieces, made to order. Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop located in France.

3. Orders and Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (CB)

• PayPal

• Paylib

• Cash (for in-person delivery only)

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

4. Shipping

• France: 24–48 business hours after processing

• International: 3–4 business days after processing

We offer worldwide shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Public holidays : 

🕯️ Maaveerar Naal – November 27 : The most important day for Eelam Tamils. It honors the "Great Heroes" who gave their lives in the struggle for freedom. Lighting a lamp on this day is a powerful act of remembrance.

⚫ Black July – July 23 to 30 : In 1983, thousands of Tamils were killed in organized riots in Colombo. This week marks a turning point in the Tamil resistance and is solemnly remembered by Tamils worldwide.

📚 May 14 – Burning of the Jaffna Library : One of the most devastating acts of cultural destruction: over 97,000 rare books and manuscripts were destroyed. This tragedy symbolizes the erasure of Tamil heritage.

🕊️ May 18 – Mullivaikkal Remembrance Day : Marks the end of the war in 2009 and commemorates the tens of thousands of Tamil civilians who died. It is a day for peace, justice, and honoring the victims.

✊ October 21 – Tribute to Thileepan : A young activist who died after a 12-day hunger strike. Thileepan is remembered as a symbol of peaceful sacrifice and unwavering dignity in the Tamil struggle.

🚩 February 4 – Black Flag Day : While Sri Lanka celebrates Independence Day, many Tamils observe it as a day of mourning, highlighting their continued quest for recognition and justice.

5. Return and Refund Policy

As our jewelry is custom-made based on each client’s request, no refunds are offered. In case of an issue, we may offer a store credit or a solution to be arranged with our customer service.

6. Product Ownership

All items remain the property of Trust Price Jewellers until full payment of the order has been received.

7. Product Customization

The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details (text, name, date, photo, etc.). No modifications will be possible once production has started.

8. Warranty and After-Sales Service

For any defect or issue found upon receiving your jewelry, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. A solution will be proposed depending on the situation (repair, exchange, or store credit).

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, only French law applies. The competent court will be that of Trust Price’s registered address, unless stated otherwise.

10. Contract Language

These general terms and conditions are available in French and English. In case of a difference in interpretation, the French version shall prevail.
