Express delivery (same day) – Only in Île-de-France (France)

Delivery with signature

• France: 24–48 working hours after processing and shipping.

• International: 3–4 business days after processing and shipping.

Delivery without signature

• France: 24–48 working hours after processing and shipping.

• International: 3–4 business days after processing and shipping.

Relay point delivery via Mondial Relay (France only)

• 24–48 working hours after processing and shipping.

Additional Information

• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• Items remain the property of Trust Price until full payment is received.

• Delivery deadlines are usually met, but delays may occur due to issues with our logistics partners. In such cases, Trust Price cannot be held liable.

📦 Can I change the delivery address?

Once your package is in transit, changing the delivery address or date is not always possible. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to explore your options.

📍 Where is my package?

• Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your package.

• If tracking shows the package as "delivered," check with neighbors or housemates.

• Look for a delivery attempt notice in your mailbox.
